Yes, you can leave the meeting at any time. Your well-being and comfort are our top priorities.
We understand that participating in a support group can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it's important that you feel safe and in control.
Whether you need to step out early or take a break, you have the freedom to do so at any time during our meetings.
Similarly, if you’re late or can only join us after the meeting has started, that’s fine.
Life happens, and we know that schedules can be unpredictable. You are welcome to join the meeting whenever you are able to.
The most important thing is that you feel supported and part of our community, regardless of when you join or leave.
Our goal is to create a flexible, understanding environment that prioritises your needs.
